Timecloud's Building Better 2024 Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Thank you for choosing to participate in Timecloud's event, 'Building Better 2024.' Please carefully review our cancellation and refund policy outlined below:

  • Cancellation Requests:
    • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to accounts@jointimecloud.com.
    • Verbal requests or requests sent through channels other than the designated email address will not be considered valid.

 

  • Refund Eligibility:
    • Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 5 days before the event start date.
    • A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 5 days and 2 days before the event start date.
    • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 2 days of the event start date or for no-shows.

 

  • Refund Process:
    • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method provided at the time of registration.
    • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

 

  • Substitute Attendees:
    • If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your registration to a substitute attendee. Please notify us in writing at least 48 hours before the event with the substitute attendee's full name and contact information.

 

  • Event Cancellation or Postponement:
    • In the unlikely event that 'Building Better 2024' is cancelled or postponed by Timecloud, registered participants will be notified, and alternative arrangements or refunds will be offered.

 

  • Force Majeure:
    • Timecloud reserves the right to cancel or modify the event due to circumstances beyond our control, such as acts of nature, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, refunds will be issued at the discretion of Timecloud.
