Timecloud Survey Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

1.1 The Timecloud Survey ("Survey") is open to individuals aged 18 and over.

1.2 Participants must be residents of either Australia or New Zealand.

1.3 Employees of Timecloud and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry:

2.1 Participants must complete the Timecloud Survey to be entered into the draw.

2.2 Only one entry per participant is permitted.

3. Prize:

3.1 Twenty (20) winners will be randomly selected.

3.2 Each winner will receive a $50 gift card from Prezzee (for Australian residents) or Prezzy (for New Zealand residents).

3.3 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative.

4. Draw Date:

4.1 The prize draw will take place on the 10th of December, 2023.

4.2 Winners will be notified via the contact details provided in the survey.

5. Winner Notification and Delivery of Prizes:

5.1 Winners will be notified within seven (7) days of the draw.

5.2 Gift cards will be delivered electronically to the email address provided by the winners.

5.3 Timecloud is not responsible for any issues with the delivery of electronic gift cards.

7. Data Privacy:

7.1 Participant information will be treated in accordance with Timecloud's Privacy Policy.

7.2 Data collected will only be used for the purposes of the Survey and prize fulfillment.

8. Survey Period:

8.1 The Survey period will be clearly communicated to participants.

8.2 Entries received after the Survey period will not be considered for the prize draw.

9. Governing Law:

9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which the participant resides.

10. Modification or Termination:

10.1 Timecloud reserves the right to modify or terminate the Survey at any time without notice.
