Roster Invitations

The roster feature has been updated to offer you a more flexible and efficient way of managing employees' shifts.

Invite employees to take on a scheduled shift, or create an open shift that's available to all employees on a first-come, first-served basis. Employees can see the details of shifts, and accept or reject these invitations, directly through their mobile application.

Streamline your shift scheduling process and provide more autonomy to your employees, ensuring that everyone is on the same page and that there are no gaps or inconsistencies in your roster.

Now you can easily create one-off shifts or temporary changes within the roster, allowing you to manage your workforce more efficiently - especially when you need to cover unexpected absences or manage seasonal fluctuations in demand.

User Groups

Our department system, now called User Groups, has received a major upgrade. This upgrade is designed to empower you with greater control over their user management. With this new system, users can now be a part of multiple departments, which makes it easier for them to collaborate with different teams within their organization. In addition, we've introduced sub-departments, which helps to organize and streamline their workflow.

 

GTM 24-02 Comment Fields

Comments Fields

The Timecloud mobile app now offers customizable comment fields for clocking in and out, giving administrators enhanced control over the process. This update allows customers to tailor the app so that employees see only the necessary number of comment fields.
